roundabout is a large layby on the right, we are at the far end on the left.

From the M27 exit at Junction 2

If you come EAST bound ie BOURNMOUTH AND RINGWOOD take the 3rd exit off at roundabout 100 yards slip road sign posted 
Totton, Ower end of that slip road the venue is dead opp.

If you come WEST bound ie M3 and SOUTHAMPTON take 1st exit off at roundabout 100 yards slip road sign posted Totton, Ower 
end of that slip road the venue is dead opp.


The entrance to the house is secluded and can catch out the unwary. There is a black lampost out side with 3 lights on.
